HOW TO PREPARE

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink water before your session.

Consult with your physician if you have medical issues or are on medication. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting with your physician. If you have open wounds, we ask that you postpone your sauna session.

Come with an open mind and open heart. The benefits of sauna and cold plunge therapy go beyond just the physical body.

THE EXPERIANCE

  • Research shows that benefits of the sauna occur optimally at 172 degrees Fahrenheit. It can get hotter or cooler depending on traffic and use. 

  • Come in comfortable clothing, gym attire or bathing suits. Towels are provided with memberships.

  • Our plunge is set at 49 degrees. The temperature ranges from 49-55 depending on use.

  • For monthly members, each recover session is an hour during open studio times. You will have private access to the plunge + sauna. It is recommended to start 15 minutes in the sauna and then plunge for 3-4 minutes. Repeat this two or three times.

  • Before each plunge, it is important to give yourself a proper shower using the wash cloth provided near the shower.

    When entering the sauna, please use the towel provided to keep the space clean and fresh for others.

  • Yes! Please book online during open studio recovery times. If the times available do not work for you, don't hesitate to reach out!
